Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation charges. This is in consideration of your therapists time and other mums and mums to be awaiting an appointment. Cancellation Charges - Full appointment fee charged for missed appointments or changes with less than 12 hours notice. Half appointment fee charged for changes within 12-24 hours of appointment time.
