This treatment is a wonderful opportunity to connect back in with your body. Steaming can reduce pain and bloating associated with menses, it can help regulate your menstrual cycle, increase fertility, speed healing and tone the uterus after birth. It can also reduce fibroids, cysts, weakness, prolapse & endometriosis. V steams also assist with vaginal tearing, episiotomy and C-section scarring as well as heal hemorrhoids, detox the womb & release stored emotions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation charges. This is in consideration of my time and other clients awaiting an appointment. Cancellation Charges - Full appointment fee charged for missed appointments or changes with less than 12 hours notice. Half appointment fee charged for changes within 12-24 hours of appointment time. Please note we do not charge a cancellation fee if you go into labour :) We look forward to seeing you soon.
